How Do I Know How Much Sod I Need?
Measure the length and width of your lawn. For example, if your lawn is 20 feet wide by 20 feet long, you would need roughly 400 square feet of sod.
How Many Square Feet Of Sod Are There Per Pallet?
Our Bermuda, Centipede and Fescue in the Carolinas (and Georgia) are 500 sq. ft. per pallet. Our St. Augustine in Florida is currently 400 sq. ft. per pallet.
How Do I Know Which Sod Type Is Right For Me?
On each product page, we’ve provided a detailed description of the sod features. We always encourage our customers to research reliable sources for further information prior to placing an order if necessary.
Can I Always Get Sod The Next Day?
Great question. As long as orders are made by 9 a.m. (EST) Monday through Thursday, you will have the option to receive your sod the next day. The only exceptions are that in order to receive sod on Monday’s, you must place your order by noon on Friday’s. nextDAYsod does not currently offer weekend deliveries.
Do I Have To Pay Extra For Shipping?
No. We wanted to make this as simple as possible for you. Our sod pricing is broken down by square foot and includes all freight expenses.
Are There Price Breaks?
Absolutely. Once you order 5+ pallets, you will receive discount pricing. This is put in place to better support our customers who have consistent bulk orders.
Is There A Warranty With Sod Deliveries?
The short answer is no. Once sod is successfully delivered and dropped, the buyer assumes responsibility. We encourage all customers to prepare for sod deliveries and install as quickly as possible to maintain its freshness. Grass needs water and nutrients to live so leaving it on a pallet is less than ideal.
