Product
Your sod is harvested at the time that we receive your order. We GUARANTEE fresh harvested sod.
Delivery
Upon completion of harvesting, your order is picked up at the sod farm. The product is loaded on a semi, securely fastened, and sent on its way to you.
Drop Off
As a standard, we do not deliver beyond the curb line. Deliveries are placed on either the right or left side of the driveway. If you just placed an order and have a specific drop-off request, please send us a note at Orders@theLOVINGcompanies.com. We always want to make certain that driver safety prevails. In addition, we want to ensure no damage is caused to your site by any of our machinery. Based upon these two primary safeguards, we may not always be able to fulfill all drop-off requests that are made.
